Bihar STET or BTET Educational Qualification

The Bihar School Examination Board conducts the primary Bihar Teacher Eligibility Test (BTET) to become teachers of classes 1 to 5 in primary government schools and classes 6 to 8 in upper primary government schools of the state. However, now online applications for the Secondary and Higher Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) will be taken by the Bihar School Examination Board from February 1 to February 14, 2023.

Under the Primary Teacher Eligibility Test, the examination is conducted at 2 levels, in which an eligibility test is conducted for primary-level teachers and upper primary-level teachers. Different educational qualifications have been prescribed for both levels.

For Primary Teacher

For Upper Primary Level
